ONLINE PURCHASE ORDERS
If for any reason you would like to return an item you have purchased from our online store, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you purchased the item.
Returns must be made within 30 days from purchase date. All returns and exchanges must be free from wear, stains, odor, or any other condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, minus applicable shipping fees.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded.
- All sale items are final.
What is your return policy?
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. We stand behind our products and want you, our customer to be fully satisfied. At your own expense, you may return or exchange any item that is in brand new condition, with original tags intact and received within 30 days of purchase.
Sale items however are final sale (no refunds or exchanges).
All returns must be accompanied by original receipt or packing slip, and will be refunded to the original form of payment.
How do I exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange an item you purchased for a different item or size, you can return the original item back to our warehouse, at your own expense, for a refund and place a new order for your replacement items online.
Return your item, along with your 5 to 6 digit order number on your package or in an enclosed note and address to:

How are my refunds credited?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment with receipt. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we will ask for personal identification and a return will be provided at current price.
- Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days from date of receipt of the return. This will show on your next credit card statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
- Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
Is there a time limit?
All returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.
What if the item is worn?
All items returned must be in original condition. If you have purchased clothing from us, the product must be unwashed and unworn for a full refund. All music products must be sealed to qualify for a full refund. If you have purchased a bundle or you have received a free item, you will have to send back the full bundle of original purchase to receive the full refund. Once we receive the item, your return will be processed and refund will then be issued. You can expect to see the amount refunded to your credit card within 14 business days from receipt of goods. We do not accept returns for purchases made at any Bethel Music Tour or Event or the Bethel Store, located at 933 College View, Redding, CA.
Are there restocking fees?
There are no restocking fees.
